Customizing your view
Use keyboard hotkeys to expand your focus when writing deep documents:
- Focus Mode: Press ⌘</kbd> and ⌥⌘</kbd> to collapse both sidebars, leaving only your active prose.
- Dark & Light Mode: Matches your macOS system appearance automatically, or can be set manually in Settings › Appearance.

Questions
Can I collapse the sidebar and inspector panes?
Yes. Press ⌘\ to toggle the left vault sidebar, and ⌥⌘\ to toggle the right meeting inspector.
Can I open multiple notes in split panes?
Yes. Right-click any note in the file tree and select 'Open in Split Right' or 'Open in Split Down'.
Where does audio record during meetings?
The recording control dock appears subtly in the top-right corner of the window or in the macOS menu bar.
